Same Concrete Standards in Every Town
The crew that quotes your job is the crew that pours it. No sub-contracting, no hand-offs to whoever is available that week. Whether you need a exposed aggregate driveway in a Portland neighborhood or a garage floor coating on an acreage near Beaverton, the same licensed team handles the whole project from start to finish.
Oregon's freeze-thaw and road salt are the same across all six towns, so the concrete recipe stays consistent: proper excavation and compacted gravel base, correct slab thickness for the load, air-entrained mix, and control joints placed where the concrete should move. What changes is the site itself, soil type, drainage, lot slope, access, and that is why we walk every project in person before writing the estimate.

The process
From Estimate to Finished Concrete
-
Site visit and measurement
We meet on location, measure the area, discuss finish options and drainage, and review how the new slab connects to existing surfaces. You leave with a written, itemized quote and a firm price.
-
Excavate, base and form
On start day we protect landscaping, remove old concrete if needed, excavate to grade, build and compact the gravel base, and set forms so the slab sits exactly where it belongs.
-
Place, finish and joint
The crew places the concrete, finishes it to your chosen texture, and cuts control joints so any seasonal movement follows a clean, planned line instead of random cracks.
-
Cure schedule and cleanup
We clean the site, walk the finished work with you, and provide a simple care sheet so you know when the slab is ready for traffic, vehicles or sealing.
Questions
Service Area FAQs for Portland Concrete
Coverage, pricing, scheduling and what to expect when you call.
Replaced a cracked front walk and a set of steps in one visit. Even risers, a clean broom finish, and they matched the colour to the existing porch. Fair quote and no surprises.
Poured the driveway and the patio for our new build at the same time and they match perfectly. The crew worked around our schedule and left the site spotless.
Big detached shop floor on the acreage, poured flat and properly jointed. The coating shrugs off the truck, the salt and dropped tools. Exactly what the written estimate said.
Sloped valley lot and they nailed the drainage on the patio and walkway. Water runs away from the house and the finish has held up clean through a full winter.
