Prep substrate
The substrate is prepped to the Ardex spec for that system, cleaned, repaired with compatible materials, and any joint detail is staged for the membrane install.
Prime and apply membrane
The matched Ardex primer is applied, the membrane is installed (liquid-applied or sheet depending on system) to the engineered thickness with all joint, corner and penetration details per spec.
Protect and document
The protection layer is installed where required (drainage board, screed, traffic surface), the system is documented for warranty support, and the waterproofing is handed off ready for backfill or service.
